You’ll stay smooth for about 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your hair growth. With consistent waxing, hair grows back finer and more sparse over time.

Let your hair grow at least 1/4 inch (about 2 to 3 weeks after shaving). Exfoliate 24-48 hours before, skip heavy lotions on the day of, and wear loose clothing for comfort afterwards.

For the first 24 hours, skip hot showers, workouts, tanning, swimming, and tight clothing to keep your skin calm and irritation-free.

Yes! Waxing is safe during both. You may be a little more sensitive, but it’s completely fine as long as you’re comfortable (and wearing a tampon or menstrual cup during your cycle).
